Our team specializes in providing experienced professionals to assist assisted living facilities with their activity programming needs. Our team designs a wide range of activities to enhance residents' quality of life, including group social events, creative programs like arts, crafts, music, and drama, as well as exercise programs. We also foster positive facility-community interactions, ensuring residents stay engaged and active.
Our professionals are responsible for preparing monthly activity calendars and overseeing activity aides. They train and supervise volunteers, creating a collaborative environment. By assessing resident needs, they develop personalized activity goals for care plans, promoting participation and documenting progress through accurate records, including MDS reports and progress notes.
In collaboration with facility management, our team helps manage activity budgets and explores creative funding opportunities. They build strong relationships with family members and community partners to support the activity program, ensuring a vibrant lifestyle for residents in their home.
Our team attends care plan meetings, QAPI meetings, and department head meetings as required. They are committed to fulfilling other duties as assigned while prioritizing residents’ well-being and ensuring that all activities align with the facility’s mission to provide exceptional care.
