caregiver assistance program

Welcome to the caregiver assistance program (cap)

CAP Overview

The Caregiver Assistance Program (CAP) offers a cost-effective way to provide early intervention and support for caregivers facing challenges that may impact their well-being and ability to perform their duties.

All caregivers can contact CAP at no cost to receive assistance. Information shared during counseling sessions with a CAP counselor is strictly confidential. CAP is required by federal, state, and local laws to protect client privacy, and information about a caregiver’s participation in the program will not be shared with any other party without the caregiver’s written consent.

Caregivers and their eligible immediate family members can call to schedule an appointment and request CAP services. CAP representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you. Caregivers can also access the CAP website to view monthly wellness webinars and podcasts, take assessments, watch health videos, read helpful articles, and more.
